When you select the Resend Password option, you are asked for your account login ID. This is not your in-game pilot handle, but the ID you use to login with.
After entering the login ID, and pressing the OK button, the password will be sent to the email address we have in your account record.
If your email address is incorrect, you will need to contact billing@hitechcreations.com or call us to get your password.
