Coming Soon: World War I Air Combat!
We are pleased to announce an upcoming expansion to the Aces High plane set that will introduce World War I (WWI) air combat to the skies of Aces High. The initial four plane set will consist of the Fokker Dr.I, Sopwith Camel, Bristol F.2B, and Fokker D.VII.
These new planes will be available in a separate WWI dogfight arena and will also be available for special events. They will be the first planes to use a new damage system with greatly expanded capability.
Release of the WWI planes is expected before the end of the year although it will not be in the next version release.

The high resolution texture package has also been updated. If you are using it, then you must update your texture package as well.

Aces High: Version 2.14 Patch 6 Released
The 2.14 Patch 6 release of Aces High is ready.
ATTENTION AMD multi-core CPU owners! This patch contains a specific update for the users which have been running the game in "compatibility" mode. After this patch is installed, please disable the option to run the game in compatibility mode.
To disable the option, right-click on the Aces High startup ICON, select "Properties" from the menu, select the "Compatibility" tab and uncheck the option to run the game in compatibility mode.
If you have the "spinning clipboard" problem after trying to run the game normally, please let us know. The best method would be to post in our Bug Report forum, but you can also reach us at our technical support email as well.
