The Ju 87G-2 in World War II
Development
With the G variant, the aging airframe of the Ju 87 found new life as an anti-tank aircraft. This was the final operational version of the Stuka, and was deployed on the Eastern Front.
The two 37 mm (1.46 in) cannons were mounted in under-wing gun pods, each loaded with two six-round magazines of armour-piercing tungsten carbide-cored ammunition. With these weapons, the Kanonenvogel ("cannon-bird"), as it was nicknamed, proved spectacularly successful in the hands of Stuka aces

Firepower
Pretty powerful when used against tanks, but you will run out of ammo pretty fast.
Maneuverability
Fighting in the Ju 87G-2
In AH, this plane is best used to defend your base against tank attacks. It's not fast or very maneuverable, so if there are enemy fighters around, you are in trouble. Choose your shots carefully, you don't have ammo to waste. Don't try air-to-air, kill your tank and get back home.
