The '''Northrop P-61 Black Widow''' was an American all-metal, twin engine, twin boom, monoplane night fighter and night intruder aircraft (night bomber) flown by United States Army Air Forces during WWII. It was the only Allied purpose-built aircraft to serve as a radar-equipped night fighter.
