Installing the patch manually
To install the patch manually, you will need to download the correct patch executable file.
WARNING: Failure to install the correct patch will render the game corrupt and require a full download and installation.
Check the current version of the game you have installed by starting the game. In the upper left corner of the opening screen is the version and patch number.
If your current version is Version 2.14 Patch 8
Use this patch (17.2MBytes) to reach Version 2.15 Patch 1, if you wish to install it manually.
If your current version is Version 2.15 Patch 0
Use this patch (441.3KBytes) to reach Version 2.15 Patch 1, if you wish to install it manually.
Changes from previous release
- Fixed a bug that caused assists not to register.
- Fixed a bug that caused films from the previous version to crash the film viewer.
- Fixed a bug that caused the ship wakes to disappear when certain graphics settings were disabled.
- Made a cosmetic change to the wakes so they don't shimmer and leave a hard edge.
- Fixed a bug that caused the P-47N and P-47D-40 to not load all their rockets.
- Added a Rockets label to the first loadout column of the PT boat in the hangar.
- Il-2 37mm cannons are no longer synced together.
