Flight Simulators

If you go on our Aces High website, you will find a link for FAQs for our combat simulator, but almost all of those questions pertain to the actual playing of the game once you have paid for a subscription. Today we will take a look at the three most frequently asked questions by those who have never played Aces High before.

How much does Aces High cost?

We have some good news and some good news with this question. Aces High only costs $14.95 per month for a subscription. That’s the good news. The other good news is that is the same cost we charged ten years ago.

Read that again and let it sink in.

Do you want some more good news? We offer a free two-week download of Aces High, so essentially, if you subscribed after the two week trial, you would be getting six weeks for the price of four.

How long does it take to learn to play Aces High?

This is somewhat of an impossible question to answer. It really depends on the skill level of a player, and the amount of time spent playing and learning Aces High. We have had players who were quite competitive after two weeks. For others, a couple months is a good measure. But the question is how long does it take to learn how to play Aces High, and we can confidently answer that question by saying a couple days. No more than a week to understand the fine points of the game, how everything works, the basic moves, all of that can be learned in a week for almost all players.

Is there some sort of support system available, or a beginner’s guide?

There is no beginner’s guide, per se, for Aces High, no pdf you can download with all of the information on it. However, we do have forums where you can ask any questions. We have over a thousand articles, many of which deal with the how to of Aces High. We have hundreds of videos, many of which are how to in nature, and we also have one-on-one coaching should you ask for it. Add it all up and we believe our approach to player support is infinitely better than some pdf instruction booklet. At least, our players tell us that is true, and they would know better than anyone else, right?

Allow us to repeat one important point: we offer our game, free of charge, for a full two weeks, no credit card required. Two weeks is more than enough time to learn the game and become competitive and, if for some strange reason you do not like Aces High, you can say goodbye and never hear from us again.

A final word about Aces High

Back in 1999, there were just a couple guys sitting around, kicking around ideas for a video game. The idea of Aces High was settled upon because those guys were World War 2 historians/followers.

At that time, we made a decision; we decided to make one game and one game only, Aces High, and to make that game the best combat flight simulator on the market.

Twenty-three years later, we believe we have delivered on that promise.
